Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

The products are delivered all over the world.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

Versandkosten innerhalb Deutschlands (Versand per DHL-Paket):
Paket bis 2 kg: 7,37 EUR
Paket bis 5 kg: 9,15 EUR
Paket bis 10 kg: 12,48 EUR
Paket bis 20 kg: 22,60 EUR
Die Preise gelten für Lieferungen innerhalb Deutschlands und verstehen sich inklusive der gesetzlichen Mehrwertsteuer von 19 %. Ein Versand ist nur bis maximal 20 kg möglich. Lieferungen mit höherem Gewicht auf Anfrage.
Deliveries to foreign countries:

Versandkosten ins Ausland (Versand per DHL-Paket): Paket bis 2 kg 17,24 EUR, Paket bis 5 kg 20,81 EUR, Paket bis 10 kg 26,76 EUR, Paket bis 20 kg 33,90 EUR. Die Preise gelten für Lieferungen in alle Länder der Europäischen Union (außer Deutschland) und verstehen sich inklusive der gesetzlichen Mehrwertsteuer von 19 %. Ein Versand ins Ausland ist nur bis maximal 20 kg möglich. Lieferungen in andere Länder auf Anfrage.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 5 working days, for deliveries abroad within 7 - 14 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
