The ALPHA Eagle Aircrew helmet is designed for use in helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft without an ejection seat. The helmet features a strong, ultra-light construction made of epoxy resin, aramid and carbon fiber. The combination offers a high level of protection with low weight (approx. 980 grams).
The ALPHA Eagle helmet ensures excellent pressure transfer to the head and balance distribution through the use of a fully articulated helmet system and an adjustable neck strap arrangement.
By easily adjusting the internal padding, ear cups and neck, the ALPHA Eagle can be comfortably adjusted to various head shapes and sizes and offers excellent support and balance. The innovative quick-release fastener allows for quick and easy positioning of the neck pad for maximum comfort and stability.
Sight options include single or dual visor systems in tinted, clear or amber finishes.
The ALPHA Eagle helmet is compatible with night vision goggles (NVG) and can be configured with Active Noise Reduction (ANR) for improved protection from low-frequency cockpit noise, as well as equipped for in-ear communication systems.
